Thank you for choosing RivaKart. We are committed to delivering our artisanal jewelry to you in the most secure and timely manner possible. Please review the details of our shipping procedures below.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During high-volume peak seasons (such as festivals or major sales), processing may take up to 5 business days.
- You will receive a formal confirmation email containing your tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched from our facility.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated based on weight and destination and will be displayed clearly at checkout.
Please note: Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to courier peak volumes, customs processing, or unforeseen environmental circumstances.
3. Order Tracking
Once your jewelry has shipped, you will receive an automated email with a unique Tracking Number.
- Activation: Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.
- Monitoring: We recommend monitoring your tracking link to ensure you are available for the delivery.
4. Shipping Locations & International Orders
- Coverage: We currently ship domestically within India and to select international destinations.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For international orders, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. RivaKart is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
RivaKart is not liable for products lost or damaged during transit. However, we value your satisfaction and will assist in the following ways:
- Reporting Damage: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at within 48 hours of receipt.
- Required Documentation: Please include high-resolution photos of the damaged item and the original packaging.
- Resolution: We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the claim and facilitate a resolution.
